The UK Photo Gallery Limited promises to deliver high-quality products, in good condition, to your door. Subject ot international Customs Regulations, if, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges). Simply return your merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner. In the event that international Customs regulations prohibit the return of the item, UK Photo Gallery Limited will replace any item damaged in transit upon receipt of the original incident report generated by the delivery organisation.

The UK Photo Gallery produces all its prints in line with the international paper sizes A0 – A4, however, we take pride in maintaining the correct aspect ratio of our prints to those of the original artwork or photograph. In order to do this we will always take the sizing from the chart below.
