Shipping policy
Please note that we
deliver worldwide, by approved mail services or other courier
companies, which may from time to time provide a more timely service.
Our Shipments include Cost of the Product, Insurance and Freight
(C.I.F) to all destinations, and, for Countries in the European Union,
UK VAT at the ruling rate. All other taxes and duties levied by the
destination country’s authorities are to the buyer’s account. UK Photo
Gallery Limited accepts no liability for these taxes and duties, or for
any delay in delivery arising from the collection of such taxes and
duties by the destination country’s authorities.
We will deliver all orders free of charge. This means that the
price shown for the product you order includes the cost of delivery by
the delivery provider’s ‘standard’, insured service. Purchasers
requiring an ‘Express’ insured service should contact us on +44(0)1638
720511 in order to obtain an quotation for the additional charges.
We will deliver items within 28 days of your order. An out of stock
sign will appear at the time of you ordering if it is not available. UK
Photo Gallery Limited will guarantee to despatch your goods in order
that they will, under normal delivery timescales, arrive within this 28
day period, however, UK Photo Gallery Limited cannot accept
responsibility for delays caused due to circumstances outside our
control.
A signature will be required by our parcel delivery company.
Our delivery company cannot deliver to P.O. Box numbers.
Please note our delivery company will not leave the parcel in a
garage etc, the consignment must be physically signed for by you or
maybe a neighbour, therefore perhaps it should be sent to a place of
work or a relative. Delivery is between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to
Friday
